Scope

This policy applies to the Personal Trainer Assistant mobile app and the personaltrainerassistant.com website (including the waitlist form).

Information we collect

  • Account data: username, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash)
  • Trainer and customer records: names, emails, phone numbers, age, sex, and notes
  • Scheduling data: training date/time and session descriptions
  • Progress tracking data: customer metrics (name, value, unit, recorded date)
  • Payment tracking data: amount, payment date, method, status, and description
  • Subscription and billing data: plan tier, entitlement status, and expiration data
  • Waitlist data: email (required), optional name/role, source and UTM metadata
  • Technical metadata for abuse prevention and operations (for example user agent and hashed IP on waitlist)

How we use information

We use information to provide and operate the app, authenticate users, support training workflows, process subscription status, communicate product updates, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

Payment and card data

Personal Trainer Assistant tracks payment records for business operations. We do not store full card numbers or full bank account details in our application database.

Third-party services

We use third-party providers where needed to operate the product, including RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management and Cloudflare services for website delivery and anti-bot protection. These providers may process data according to their own policies.

Data retention

We retain data for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Waitlist data may be deleted on request, subject to operational and legal requirements.

Account deletion

You can delete your account directly in the app via Settings -> Delete Account. Deletion starts immediately and is completed within 24 hours. You can also use our web instructions at /account-deletion.

Security

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
