Account Deletion

Delete your account in the app

Open the app and go to Settings -> Delete Account. You must enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.

Web fallback

If you cannot access the app, email support@personaltrainerassistant.com from your account email and request account deletion.

Deletion timeline

Deletion starts immediately after confirmation and is completed within 24 hours.

What is deleted

Your account profile
Trainer records
Customer records
Schedules, payments, and customer metrics stored in our app database

What may be retained

Minimal security or operational logs required for abuse prevention and legal compliance
Records held by app stores or third-party processors under their own policies
